St. Andrew’s College is seeking a marketing researcher to develop a three-year marketing plan for the college and its academic programs.
The researcher will investigate marketing and recruiting practices of Canadian theological colleges and, more broadly, the current demand for theological education in Canada.
The research will assess the position and advantages of St. Andrew’s College in areas impacting student recruitment such as programs, program delivery options, residence requirements, tuition rates, funding options, student services, and other support areas.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities available to the college for student attraction, donor support and relationship. They will work with the recruitment officer in developing a recruiting plan to ensure the marketing plan supports recruiting initiatives and also with the college's principal to ensure it supports development initiatives
This is full-time (37.5 hours/week), term position running from September to December 2020, and is offered through the Canada Summer Jobs Program. The role will appeal to candidates who are working toward or have completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a marketing focus.
